to an existing e-mail address or forwarded by fax
or mail.

Text:
The text content can be clear typed or word-processed
plain text on plain paper or floppy disc in Microsoft
Word or Corel Word Perfect format. (If
the text on your brochure is black on white then we
may be able to scan from this). Plus a copy of
the brochure or letter head that you wish the layout
of your pages to be based on.
Images:
Photographs (originals where possible), quality line
drawings or sketches.
Content:
This is entirely up to you, as are the number of pages
that go to make up your web site. However as a rough
guide you might like to consider:
- Front
(Home) Page showing an image and
description of your primary product/service
- Product/Service
Range Page were you lay out the size and extent
of your company.
- About
you Page how long you have been in business
are you a family concern? etc.
- Contact
us Page your phone, mobile phone and fax numbers
including international codes, e-mail address
and link, on-line form to request details*, full
postal address etc. (*Note: you
must have an existing e-mail address for on-line
forms)
Your
web site can be made up of any or all of the above
or of pages of your own requirements. It is also worth
remembering that the content and number of pages can
be altered at any time.
The
name of your site:
The cost of your web site includes the URL (Universal
Resource Locator or Internet address) surftech.co.uk/yourname.
We can however register the name of your choice e.g.
www.yourname.co.uk at a cost of £25.00 per
24 months Please note whilst you will not incur
the cost of your Web Site until it is available on
the World Wide Web we will require your remittance
for domain registration in advance.
