Visitors Welcome

We meet in the Dodington Lodge Hotel every 1st & 3rd Tuesday evening at 6:30pm for Dinner, every 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 12:45pm for lunch, and if there's a 5th Tuesday, we meet at 7:00am for Breakfast. Visitors are welcome.

PRESIDENT, 1961/62
HAROLD WOOLLAM


Born in Whixall, he left school at 14 to work at the Whitchurch Model Laundry and then the Maypole. He served in France during the first World War and on his return in 1918 opened a greengrocery business in Green End with JA Wagstaffe known as Wagstaffe and Woollam, later moving to the Bredwood Arcade. A member of the Bridgewater Bowling club and the Male Voice Choir.
Joined Rotary 9/5/1944. Died 19/1/1991, aged 90 years. Wife treasurer of Inner Wheel, 1956/59.
